Frank Capaccio is the founder of Commercial Risk Services, established in 1996 with a
client-first philosophy. With decades of experience in the insurance industry, he has built a strong reputation serving commercial clients, particularly in construction and real estate. Frank is known for his hands-on approach, exceptional service, and long-standing client relationships. His commitment to treating each business as his own has driven the firm’s growth through referrals, while maintaining a client retention rate exceeding 90 percent.
Jack Colbert, CPA, brings over 40 years of experience in both public and private accounting. He spent more than 20 years serving as CFO and COO of a healthcare development and management company, where he led financial strategy and operations. Jack specializes in small business and startup financing, with expertise in both equity and debt structures. He has deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and a strong track record of resolving tax disputes on behalf of clients. In addition, he is experienced in payroll, HR compliance, benefit plan design, and has advised on mergers and acquisitions for both buyers and sellers.
Thomas Murray brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in portfolio management, risk management, and equity research. He previously
managed approximately $1 billion in domestic equities at OppenheimerFunds and held senior roles at Prudential Investments, Citibank Private Bank, and Merrill Lynch. Tom offers a well-rounded perspective across institutional and wealth management environments. He began his career with the NYPD as an undercover officer, earning commendations that reflect the
discipline and integrity he brings to his work today.
Frank Capaccio has owned his own Private Insurance Firm for over 25 years and has been a licensed Commercial Insurance Broker for over 40 years.
